Don serves his constituents in the Virginia House of Delegates and is also the Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates. A resident of Portsmouth for 17 years, Don is an attorney, former United States Naval Officer, and passionate community leader. Since being elected in 2019, he has been a champion within the General Assembly for criminal justice reform, economic development, affordable healthcare, and public education.
